DOVO open razor Inox Olive Wood

This 5/8 inch DOVO is one of the few razors they manufacture from stainless steel. Of course, they hand-sharpen this open razor in multiple stages and decorate the blade with 24-carat gold. The ribbed tang provides support for your fingers while you work with the fully hollow ground blade.

Material
This open razor is made of stainless steel of quality 1.4034. This metal offers good corrosion resistance against soap, water, and steam, making it ideal for the production of high-quality and extremely sharp blades. The modern metal alloy requires little maintenance, is easy to clean, and is particularly suitable for beginners. The elegant details are gilded with 24-carat gold.

Handle material
Olive wood is a unique, natural material. It is harder than native oak or beech wood and has a high resistance to mold formation. Even untreated olive wood has above-average water resistance, making it perfectly suitable for open razors, shaving brushes, and shavettes.

Grinding
